Join us

As a management associate for TalentKraft, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the different departments of TalentKraft including  consulting, marketing, and recruitment. You will also be exposed to the 3 core business lines that we have.

You will:

  • execute projects by conducting interview sessions with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, recommending solutions and preparing impact reports
  • assist on projects  including coordinating between multiple parties such as partners, clients and external vendors for each project to ensure the projects  run smoothly, effectively and on schedule
  • develop new ideas and methodologies through brainstorming sessions on new prospects, existing projects and any other events such as training sessions and talks
  • take ownership of the development and execution of the ideas into concrete action plans and results
  • work on B2B sales funnels and be up-to-date on the progress and status of each prospect
  • help to optimize the various sales funnels to improve client conversion rate
  • grow client base by prospecting and connecting with potential clients through digital marketing, events, networking sessions and partnerships
  • prepare proposals and pitch decks for clients
  • be involved in pitching sessions to convert prospects to clients
  • assist in execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact
  • help with the management of Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, digital based marketing campaigns
  • improve the usability, design, content and conversion of websites and other online assets
  • evaluate emerging technologies and trends and provide recommendations where appropriate
  • build new digital engagement initiatives

You should:

  • a fast learner who’s self-driven and is able to learn and apply new ideas quickly
  • be able to think through issues in a structured way; articulate and defend your chosen methodology
  • be a credible and convincing communicator with a strong command of written English

  • build new digital engagement initiatives
  • track and measure performance and effectiveness of the marketing campaigns

You should:

  • be able to think through issues in a structured way; articulate and defend your chosen methodology
  • keep up to date on latest trends in technology; pick up new technology and applications quickly
  • be a credible and convincing communicator with a strong command of written English
  • be a problem-solver who thinks up creative ways to overcome challenges
  • Prior experience in digital marketing/adtech is ideal but not required

  • build partnerships with potential partners to improve the reach and distribution of products
  • prepare proposals and pitch decks for clients  and be involved in the pitching sessions
  • develop new ideas for expansion through brainstorming sessions on methods to reach new
    prospects, upsell existing clients and increase range of services

  • Identify and build client business relationships to promote TalentKraft’s recruitment services
  • Handle the negotiation and closing of deals with clients
  • Evaluate and respond to the needs of clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for clients
  • Advise on refinement of clients’ job descriptions and job specifications
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from interviews to offer, including screening of candidates, salary negotiation, etc.
  • Source and recruit suitable candidates through internal and external means, such as databases, network, social media, etc
  • Screen and interview candidates through resume, phone screening and any other relevant screening tools
  • Assess suitability of candidates based on clients’ requirements, company culture, etc
  • Coordinate and act as the point of contact between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experience
