Eugene Goh


Co-founder/Advisor

Eugene started his career in the civil service before joining the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He then spent 8.5 years at BCG, where he worked in their Singapore, Oslo and Dubai offices with a focus on strategy and sustainability topics. While at BCG, Eugene was heavily involved in recruitment, and has conducted more than 300 interviews at schools such as INSEAD, Harvard Business School and Wharton. He was also a member of the European training cadre, and led basic skills training for new consultants.

Since BCG, Eugene has worked on a number of startups. He continues to advise and work with startups as an advisor with The Scale Factory and the Workplace Accelerator.

He has an MSc in Economics for Development and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, both from the University of Oxford.

Ang ZanYu


Co-founder/Director

Zanyu started his career in KPMG Singapore, where he worked closely with companies in manufacturing, maritime, aerospace and the public sector. After KPMG, Zanyu worked on various startups, including a Singapore-based HR tech startup where he worked closely with a range of companies, including Grab, to help them address their recruitment challenges.

As an accountant by training, he continues to be involved in the accounting industry and is currently a member of the ISCA Young Professional Advisory Committee and a Chartered Accountant (CA) of Singapore.

Ang Guo Jun


Director

Guo Jun started his career in KPMG Singapore, where he worked with multinational corporations, private equity firms, and venture capitals on funding, mergers and acquisitions, before leaving as an assistant manager. During his time in KPMG Deal advisory, Guo Jun primarily worked with clients in the real estate, education and energy industries.

He has a Masters in Finance from University of New South Wales, and a B.Com. in Accounting and Finance from University of Western Australia. He is also a member of CPA Australia.

Bernd Waltermann

Bernd is currently the Senior Partner Emeritus at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). With over 25 years of consulting experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to clients in Europe and Asia Pacific. While at BCG, he was a core member of the Industrial Goods, People & Organization, Global Advantage practices and most recently served as the Asia Pacific Chair for Partner development and performance.

Wong Su-Yen

Su-Yen is currently the founder and CEO of Bronze Phoenix. Before establishing Bronze Phoenix, she was the CEO of Human Capital Leadership Institute and Chairperson (Singapore) for Marsh & McLennan Companies. She now serves on the Board of several organisations, including Nera Telecommunications, MediaCorp and NTUC First Campus.
