TalentKraft's HR Diagnostic Tool

A free, comprehensive and automated assessment of your organisation’s HR capabilities.

Is HR a cost centre or a strategic function for your organisation?

HR is a double-edged sword. When applied well, it can deliver strategic value by enabling your organisation to increase productivity, reduce turnover and hire better. On the other hand, poorly-implemented HR processes incur costs such as administrative inefficiencies, disengaged employees and bad hires.

We can help you determine where your organisation stands. TalentKraft’s HR Diagnostic Tool is a free 10-minute assessment that will analyse your organisation’s HR processes to determine its strengths and areas for improvement. Read on to find out how the tool works and take the free diagnostic today!

How the tool works

Through an online form, our tool will collect information about your organisation’s HR processes in three dimensions:

Talent Attraction

Talent Attraction

The ability of your organisation to strategically and efficiently attract applications, evaluate candidates effectively, and onboard new hires.

Retention and Engagement

Retention and Engagement

The ability of your organisation to retain employees by providing competitive compensation, regular engagement and ample opportunity for career progression.

HR Operations

HR Operations

The ability of your organisation to carry out day-to-day HR processes efficiently and effectively.

After completing the form, you will be emailed a report detailing:

  • Your organisation’s overall score
  • Hidden costs incurred due to unoptimised HR functions
  • Your organisation’s existing HR strengths
  • Recommended next steps

Our tool collects quantitative information to calculate the cost of vacancy, cost of recruitment and cost of absenteeism incurred by your organisation due to unoptimised HR processes.

The cost of vacancy aims to capture the total cost of each vacant position. This is done by multiplying the wage cost of all vacancies in your organisation by the revenue-wage ratio.

The cost of recruitment approximates the internal and external recruiting costs, as well as the productivity lost, while onboarding a new hire. This is then multiplied by the total vacancies in your organisation.

The cost of absenteeism represents the cost of disengaged employees. We multiply the number of employees in your organisation by the cost of absenteeism associated with your survey responses to find the total cost of absenteeism.
