 Bernd is currently Senior Partner Emeritus at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). With almost 30 years of consulting experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to clients in Europe and Asia Pacific. While at BCG, he was a core member of the Industrial Goods, People & Organization, and Global Advantage practices, and most recently served as the Asia Pacific Chair for Partner development and performance.

 Su-Yen is the Founder and CEO of Bronze Phoenix. She brings an impressive track record of 25 years leading multinational and local organisations, including both established and start-up operations. She has worked with some of the world’s largest, most innovative, and complex organisations, and now serves on the Boards of multiple organisations, including Nera Telecommunications, MediaCorp and NTUC First Campus.
